Volunteer meeting, Saturday morning, January 28, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will be held at:

First Studio -- 631 North First Avenue, Phoenix



Directions to First Studio

Take I-10 to downtown Phoenix, exit at 7th Street or 7th Avenue and go south to Roosevelt. Take Roosevelt toward Central Avenue and turn south on First Avenue (a one way street). To get to our North Door, quickly get in the left hand lane and turn left on McKinley and then turn right into the alley between Central and First Avenue.



First Studio is the gold and blue two-story building on the East (left) side of the street just South of McKinley.



Parking

Due to light rail construction, there is no street parking. You can park in the parking lots off our alley. The open parking is on the right at the end of the alley. The fenced parking on the left can be opened by any First Studio tenant. You can also park on McKinley, in the big lot on the East side of Central Avenue or in the Phoenix College Downtown parking lot across the street from our front door. (Please be careful crossing the street.)

1. turn out was good, over 20 ppl and when I went on the Pederson's

campaign office they had several volunteers phonebanking for the Northern AZ swing next week.
