"culture of corruption " in the Pederson family! Then staes he shouldn't have mentioned the family but argues it was okay as Democrats say this about Repyublicans all the time. We must protest this outrage. Call and send letters to Mr. Harper and let him know that using a fa mily tragedy to make political points is NOT acceptable. The Arizona Democratic Party has NEVER used the scandals attached to Senate President Ken Bennett and his son to make political captital.Sen. Harper should be ashamed of himself.

And excuse me, but discussing someone's family issue in your capacity as a state legislator is beyond the pale. You are absolutely right about Bennett. I actually didn't even know about it until Pederson's son's incident arose and I've been involved with the state Dems for the past 3 years. Clearly, some folks have more class than others.
