Jon Kyl's tv ads make extravagant claims

Jon Kyl's tv ads all tend to say that he himself wrote a bill or created legislation or got the Supreme Ct of Arizona to change a decision.

Amazing amount of work for one individual in this do nothing Congress.

His latest is more disturbing. He tries to portray himself as a big expert on terrorism.

He cites the Moussauoi case, claiming that searching the hard drive of his computer was blocked, and guess who _ Kyl_ wrote the new law that now allows for such searches.

I believe there are several errors of fact in this one, aside from his taking total credit for writing some bill.



The truth is in critical condition.
