Any plans for protest at the Phoenix ABC station?

I've contacted them to complain, but didn't know if there was anything planned at the station itself on Sunday or Monday? Anyone heard anything?

1. Don't know, but here are the e-mails we've sent to them:

Since you’re still planning to show “Path to 9/11” despite recent revelations of the egregious inaccuracies in the script, I’m going to have to remove your station from my remote and make KNXV a distant memory. The families of the 9/11 victims deserve better than a revisionist, rightwing, cartoon-level propaganda show. And by the way, calling it a “docudrama” doesn’t make it acceptable.

It’s been nice knowing you. Wish it didn’t have to end this way.

Dear Station Manager:

Today I removed KNXV-TV 15 from my remote. It will stay off for at least 90 days. I am also contacting all my friends and family, requesting they do the same. My action is in response to ABC planning to air the mini-series "The Path to 9/11" without correcting factual errors in the show. I consider this a dangerous attack on historical truth, and simply will not support any company which so blatantly discounts the value of truth in a democratic society. Should Disney/ABC reassess their position, and edit the program to reflect the facts in the 9/11 Commission's final report, I will once again add KNXV-15 back to my programming. Until then, I can get along fine with my other channels.

I have 2 school age daughters, and will also consider removing Disney and ESPN channels from my remote if this type of propaganda is not removed or corrected before airing.

"Before it even hits the airwaves, this so called "docudrama" has been thoroughly discredited by numerous reliable sources in position to know the truth of what happened on that historical day and in the years leading up to it.

President Clinton, counter-terrorism expert Richard Clarke, the 9/11 Commission itself, former Sec of State Madeline Albright, former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger, even Scholastic the academic service are some of the people, institutions and/or agencies which have protested, filed lawsuits, refused to use the workbook made to go with the "docudrama."

Please do your part and do NOT air this inaccurate fictional account of events masquerading as a "docudrama." It is pure propaganda, something that is not compatible with our Democratic form of government.

I am sure that I am not the only one who will not soon forget any network or station that does persist in airing this program, which is only a pack of lies.

The midterm elections are near, and this is but one more shameful attempt to manipulate reality to gain votes for the GOP.

Stand up for Democracy and the truth.
