NO on Prop 107

I hope this goes without saying, but I am hoping that everyone on DU is actively campaigning/voting against Prop 107, the Christian Taliban's anti-gay hate amendment.

Hopefully, my once, and starting in 2007, future home will reject homophobia!!

They also recommend oppose 207 = handout for corporations

And I hope everyone is voting for 204...the one that has those Hogwash signs all over. A yes vote gets the animals out of their cages. Right now the law is that animals can be in cages so small that they can't even lay down.

4. I'd like to think that one's a no-brainer, but sadly...

I grew up in Pinal County (heavy agriculture) and know better.

I've had to explain to several people what it's about--those damn "Hogwash" signs are everywhere.

Most effective explanation I've used so far: imagine being locked in your trunk--for the rest of your life.

I am an occasional meat-eater, but I cannot possibly support the way most animals are raised for consumption. It's just absolutely hideous.
