I reliable informaton that there will be a legal challenge forthcoming by big tobacco funded smoking supporters to try to get rid of our legally voted in smoking ban.

Big tobacco will try every shady method to end the smoking ban. The good news is that their "challenges" have never been successful in other states.

Please be aware of the latest trickery by the big tobacco liars and don't let them take away our new smoking ban.

Any business that takes part in, or supports this attempt to take away our rights to a smoke free environment must be boycotted.
