For Information Purposes, David Wade Resigns as State Chair!

To All State Committee Members,

I am writing to let you know that I have decided to resign my position as chairman of the Arizona Democratic Party effective August 10th and that there will be an election to fill the vacancy at the following day’s State Committee meeting in Prescott.

It has been an enormous honor to serve as your chair and I am pleased to be leaving the organization financially sound, professionally managed, hungry for success, energized, unified and fully prepared to take advantage of the opportunities in 2008.

Although I am leaving in order to more fully focus on the public affairs firm that I started in January and on my family that has sacrificed so much in the past three years, I look forward to remaining involved in ways that will help us achieve our shared Democratic goals.
