Is anyone interested in an Octoberfest meetup?
I have no notions of when and where, just throwing out the question.

7. I think you just nailed our "problem"
I think we all want to get together but need 1)motivation and 2)an organizer to get it together. Honestly, I don't know a lot of watering holes to arrange something at.

I'd suggest Four Peaks but the parking sucks. Anyone know of another brewpub around?

8. My sister lives in Tempe near the university, I can ask her what she thinks.
The Chuckbox on University has GREAT burgers, but that is all I remember from long ago.

15. Casey Moore's works for me.
Now when...

Not this weekend -- it's too close. So, how about next weekend? That would be Friday, 11/2 or Saturday 11/3. Or even Sunday 11/4.

Voters?
