Well where do I start? I am a 27 yr old woman who teaches in Phoenix. I actually live in Scottsdale, AZ.
I am new to DU and I am so glad I found some where I can let out how I feel.
I am really happy with what I do for a career but, someday's I feel as though living in AZ is the worst place to be teaching. I hope to meet new people to share my views and new friends.

I'm also an Arizona teacher. Hey, Mississippi saves us from being #50 in financing education. I can't remember whether that's per pupil or something else, but it's pathetic. As long as we have charter school owners on the Legislature's Eduation Committee, I don't think things will change. The Leg's lack of support makes me think they think education is a communist plot. Maybe it is.
