Please join us for a lecture and reception with Rory O'Connor, author of the recently published Shock Jocks: Hate Speech & Talk Radio as he discusses the rise of the right wing dominance of America's airways, and alternatives that are available to our communities to reclaim them.
O'Connor is also the co-author of the Nukespeak: The Selling of Nuclear Technology in America, a regular online columnist for AlterNet and MediaChannel, and also writes the popular "Media Is A Plural' blog (www.roryoconnor.org).
