be sure to read Risner's reply. I am proud to be acquainted with Bill.

"Whether or not Pima County's election department has rigged elections is a matter of importance
to me. Others, such as Terry Goddard, apparently don't care or are afraid where the inquiry might
lead. My Indian heredity teaches me to respect and honor my elders. Included in that group are
my ancestors Lt. James McGuire, who died in the Revolutionary War, and my half-dozen other
ancestors who fought in the same war. I do not have a single ancestor who emigrated to the
United States. They were all already here or emigrated here before this country existed. From my
viewpoint, I'm part of the group that made this country. In order to honor their contributions and
those of my father, I want to know if cheating has been going on, and to help prevent such a fatal
crime to our Democracy. From my viewpoint, cheating Democrary cheats the whole of our social
compact. It is a wheel-stopper – a bright line not to be crossed."
