"F U Prez" "No New Taxes" Spray painted all over an individual's brand new pick up. Why?

Seriously I could use some help here. I was at work and a fast moving vehicle that flew into a parking lot next store, backed in, waited, then drove on to their next destination. It was a brand new white industrial pick up truck that had bright orange spray paint all over it that read such things as, " F U Prez" (with a 'z') and "No New Taxes". I forgot to mention this is in Fountain Hills, a very upscale town in AZ ,oh, and if your wondering how large the font on the pick up was, well, let's just say "F U Prez" took up the entirety of the rear of his/her rather large truck.

Is there a new asshole tax I'm not aware of? Either these guys are in the upper percentile and completely blinded by greed or they're like the rest of us who pay taxes but throw temper tantrums because they'd don't understand that most taxes go toward society. What is this new tax they are talking about? It can't be that bad, the dipshit's still got his/her overpriced, oversized, over-emitting pickup truck, right?

I've lived in AZ all my life, born and raised, and I've lived in Fountain Hills since 1986 and the only times I'm ashamed of this state is when I see people like this. People who build their entire ideology (right-wing conservatism) around selfishness. For those who are more "patriotic" and "Christian" than we are; I've never spoke to, heard from, or seen a more selfish, self-righteous, and naive group of people than these hateful Limbaugh-loving individuals that are so sure of themselves and the nonsense they've learned from Hate Radio and Fox News.
