Anyone know much about Phoenix City Council election candidates?

I confess, I don't, but I wouldn't vote for the guy whose name reminds me of Barclay. His signs look pugish to me.

Do you ever wonder why some people (in all parts of the political axis) are so apopalectic about the state of the American electorate? Do you ever wonder why we get the politicians we do?

You just demonstrated the entire problem.

"I am ignorant, but I will vote on the basis of what a candidates signs look like."

Frankly, if that is "progressive", I want no part of it.
