The "topic of discussion" here is Healthcare, not "the SS system". I know this, because it's MY thread. (Also, the title should have given you a clue.) Now, when a link is provided, it's to the article in that link that you should be addressing your comments. First, of course, you need to actually link to the article, take the time to read it, and be capable of understanding it.
