who actually is one of the better pro-gun control debaters. (We've had our... umm... 'disagreements', but I certainly hold her/him in good regard).

It was addressed to the first respondant, who appeared to me to be attempting to make a false portrayal of what happened. That subject is a sorely assaulted deceased equine, with the actual facts widely available. At this point I am convinced that s/he is displaying wilful ignorance, or blatent mendacity.
