should Maricopa county be divided?

in my opinion it should. House District 4 could become Maricopa county. House District 3 could become Paradise County with Paradise Valley becoming the county seat. The part in District 5 and 6 could be called Camelback County with Mesa as the county seat. The part of the county in the 2nd and 7th district could be called Whitetank county with the county seat being Buckeye. The reason I think that Maricopa county should be divided is that most of the people Arpaio persecutes is from House District 4. Since there the ones affected by him they should be the ones allowed to vote on him and not the people from Mesa or Gilbert.

7. I think that Senate Districts 13-17

should become their own county and the rest of the county can became their own county.
