the entire period you've been posting this. It is odd but I'm not sure what it means.

They must do a sampling of each precinct to get a picture or preview of the results. I don't imagine it will change much. I'm pretty disappointed but not too surprised. There's a reason Arizona is #49 or #50 in education.
