This is a very important special election for one City Council seat for Oceanside residents. The two leading candidates are die-hard Republican right wingers, Terry Johnson and Dan Armentrout, who was endorsed by NRA. Democrats have endorsed SHARI MACKIN. Please go vote, even in this small special election.

WE MUST STOP REPUBLICANS FROM GETTING OFFICE POSITIONS ON THE LOCAL LEVEL, BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS GO ON TO RUN FOR BIGGER OFFICES.

This election is such a waste of money. The $300,000+ the city is spending for this could have been used in more constructive ways.

I hope Terry Johnson has to go crawl into a hole when this is over with. He can take Feller and Chavez with him.
