SAN DIEGO – The county has confirmed its first human case of West Nile virus this year, although it is believed the man was infected while camping outside the region.
The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency reported Friday a 47-year-old man was identified with the virus after blood he donated was screened and tested positive for West Nile.

Still, sucks that it is hear and if they have it in the Sierras or where ever this fellow went then it won't be long until it is here.
