Randy Duke "Cunning Scam" investigation widened!

A couple of weeks ago Cunningham was reportedly officially allowed to use his campaign funding for legal defense bills that he might incur. That should have probably foretold that we're going to be getting into a pretty big court case against him soon.

Now this week just on Thursday, agents from the FBI, the IRS, and the Defense Criminal Investigative Service raided Thomas T. Kontogiannis's property on another search. Kontogianni is the guy who bought the boat from Cunningham earlier under questionable terms.

Folks, keep the pressure on. Sign that petition to get Cunningham to resign. If we can somehow force him to resign before February, we can force a special election to replace him where the Dem candidate, Francine Busby, would have an even better chance at getting this seat.

Cunningham was also just named as one of 13 "most corrupt" in congress by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics that they recommend be investigated. Though most of those on this list were rethugs, curiously, Maxine Waters is also one of them!

But I some how think he'll get off with just a slap on the wrist. The rich always do. How many years have we all known about the whole Delay-Ambov thing yet still no one has been held accountable. I fear this will be the same thing.
