11. I do support the Courage Campaign's initiative.

But the problem is far more structural than the 2/3 rule.

We do need a Constitutional Convention and currently those calling for one and are getting all the press are "business leaders" who will control a top down agenda.

On the other hand, a democratic convention has been proposed and the initiatives already filed by the California Action Network.

12. That restricition goes back the the Great Depression in California

and I doubt the support is there to change that.

We really really really don't trust the pols right now and I don't expect to see that change any time soon
