Some districts in Orange and Riverside could get "Hoffed" and go Blue, but I don't think it will make much difference - too many will just vote the straight ticket.

3. exactly-- the only kind of districts in CA are "safe districts...."

It would take a miracle of anti-republicanism to change the composition of the state legislature.
