Supe has way to make PG&E repay customers

"Fresh off the win beating back the Pacific Gas and Electric Co.-funded statewide ballot proposal to make it harder for municipalities to enact public power programs, San Francisco Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi has called on the private utility company to reimburse shareholders and ratepayers for the cost of its campaign."
PG&E pumped at least $46 million into the campaign to pass Proposition 16 on the June 8 California ballot.
