Huge thunder clap then
RAIN - RAIN in Huntington Beach in October??? Crazy weather the last 5 months.

It is extremely rare to get thunder at the beach. Nice rain though.

1. I hope it clears up by morning...
I want to hit dog beach!

:hi:

It is very, very strange indeed. But this entire year has been odd... I go to dog beach every Saturday and Sunday morning, religiously, and the weather has hardly changed all year. Until last weekend... I was actually breaking out in sweat power walking that beach!

5. We had LOUD thunderclaps in the Antelope Valley
Just a few drops of rain that didn't wet the ground so much as it just dampened it.

Some clouds this morning, looks like no more threat of thunder/rain. But I'd rather get that here and have it clear and beautiful for the march in D.C. :)

6. I LOVE it!
We got some rain today in Costa Mesa.
I think that was the last of it till we get
rain this winter.

I love the rain, anytime.
We sure need it.

:)

7. We just posted some AWESOME storm photos from San Diego's East County:

First one sure looked like a funnel cloud forming up to me....

8. I really like that 2nd pic...
I work up in Carlsbad with expansive views to Palomar Mountain, and I sure saw a beautiful lightening show and heard the thunder; however I didn't see any cloud formations like that. Holy cow... we aren't in Kansas any more!!
