Grammy award winning latin rock and hip hop band, Ozomatli, to show solidarity and take part in Americans’ fight for good jobs at Pershing Square on March 26!
Winner of three Grammy awards and two Billboard Latin awards, Ozomatli is dedicated to addressing social justice issues—a hallmark of Ozomatli’s work ever since the band formed in 1995 as part of labor protests in Los Angeles. “I’ve always felt that music is the key to every culture, the beginning of an understanding,” says vocalist and trumpet player Asdru Sierra. “It’s a language far more universal than politics.”
