3rd time Fresno Co Sheriff is expected to kick out Occupy Fresno: Sun, Nov 6

Our first eviction notice was for Oct. 31 at midnight. 200+ spent Haloween with us and to defend our right to be here.



Wednesday Nov. 2 around 4pm, 2 Sheriffs along with 2 security guards from the courthouse came to us and handed another notice to "Vacate Immediately".



Within 1 hr we had around 100+ and more came and went throughout the night. Still nothing happened.

We are not crying wolf, we are as confused as you have been and do not know what was going on. But now a reliable source, who requested to be anonymous has came forth and said they will try to evict us on Sunday. This is the most credible source we have had and we are prepared.

Please join us Sunday at whatever time is best for you. We do not have a time frame. It may be in the morning, afternoon or night.

We will have food and entertainment. Please plan to stay for a long while. It will be cold so bring a jacket/blanket.
