Looking at the voting records for the Senate and House, it is clear that the Senate is out when it comes to the Presidency. They voted today, 98 to 0, to endorse torture, terrorism and racism. However, most members of the Progressive Caucus led by Dennis Kucinich and Barbara Lee have much better records. I've learned never to worry about how Dennis will vote because he always votes the right way. Most of the people I hang out with would like to see him become President and I bet it would be easy to get him thought he primaries if we just educate the public on his positions.

You forgot Cynthia McKinney to the list of perfect souls. I agree with Mike...DK is worth taking a sabatical and risking our personal fortune...Very few are as inspiring.
a ps...Noam Choamsky seems to be a topic here at DU tonite..To many of us, DK is like a god...To DK , I suspect Choamsky is almost god like. In intellect and so forth.

4. We didn't know DK very well, but got to, during his run.

He's wonderful. We sent him a few bucks to help with expenses after he dropped out. I'd work for him and vote for him but there's something about him that's just too good for the cesspool.

He is inspirational..He is a very moral man..The way his campaign was run shows his convictions...He never attacked the person,but on principal he was a pit bull...My kind of congressman..
You read congressional insider reports, he is not trusted because he is so admanant about issues,yet for personal convictions and his relations with others, his ethics is sterling..
Yes, he is too good to be true..Certain issues I am uncomprising..We have our leader..
