Working in a downtown office building west of the 110, looking at a construction excavation filled with water like a giant swimming pool.

At our home in Larchmont Village (S. of Hollywood), the water from the street went all the way across the sidewalk to our lawn.

how much more toxic waste has this latest bit of rain flushed into the Salton Sea? Last I heard, the level was up about 4 inches.
