Did anybody see the Bob Beauprez commercial.
Talking about what a good job he was doing and how he wanted to keep doing it? It was stupid.

1. If that's the best ad he can get..
Then he's sunk. Thomas will easily defeat the schmuck.

2. Thomas in trouble
I wouldn't count Beuprez out by a long shot. Thomas has lots to answer for in the secret meeting re: Columbine. Bob in a landslide.
:-(

4. Meeting
Not long after Columbine there was a meeting of law enforcement (including Thomas) to discuss the Browne accusations. There was an affidavit accompanying a search warrant for the Harris home that had not been executed nearly 1 year prior to Columbine. It was decided to keep the affidavit and the meeting secret. This is all now about to blow up in Thomas' face. He may be disbarred before the election.

8. Where did you get the information?
He was doing well before that. Did Beauprez dig this up on Thomas? What about the others involved?

5. I'd have to agree.
And Thomas didn't show up to the debate this week. They had an empty chair for him.

Well, I suggest that you email tomas himself and ask.

10. If it is just a blurb it could mean anything.
Like it might not be a big deal for Dave Thomas. If it is just a blurb.

12. it was on the tv, too.
this is a bad deal for Thomas because it appears to be true. It's going to hurt him. Once again our wonderful CO Democratic Party has given us a poor candidate.

Why didn't Feeley run again?

13. Did you think Thomas was a poor candidate before this?
Just out of curiosity, who else was involved and what network was this on?

14. I wasn't thrilled with Thomas
I'm never thrilled by candidates that come out of the DA's office or law enforcement in general. Just a personal thing. I was willing to back Salazar because he was electable. I'd rather see someone like Feeley, who came out of the statehouse. Especially in Jefferson county after the Columbine debacle - the Party should have known better than to run anyone even remotely tied to Columbine.

I don't remember what channel this was on - I was just flipping through and saw it.

15. I'm working for Salazar.
I have been doing fieldwork and event planning. Salazar is a good man. He would make a fine senator for Colorado.

16. "Salazar is a good man"
I agree. He's running an excellent campaign. I've been more impressed than I thought I would be.

11. Debate snub
I think it was a big mistake for Dave Thomas to skip the debate.
I hope he doesn't feel defeated.
