'Extreme makeover' under way to hide true agenda, they say

Two years ago, back when Pete Coors was just another Colorado Republican, he attacked the Democratic Party in an exchange of e-mails.

Now he's a U.S. Senate candidate who's talking about bringing people together.

A Democratic organization is posting those missives online under the headline "Peter Coors - Bitter Beer Man" in an attempt to show that the brewery heir is more conservative than he or his supporters would have Colorado believe.
