Early voting questions
OK, this is my first election cycle here in Colorado, and I am confused.

I registered when I got a CO license about 2 years ago, but re-registered about 6 weeks ago to update my address.

Somehow, I got an absentee ballot, addressed to me at my current address, even though I am sure I never requested one. Amazingly, though, I have NOT gotten my voting card or any information about where I should go to vote.

My questions are:

Am I eligible for early voting?

If so, how do I know which early voting location I can go to?

Does my having received an absentee ballot prohibit me from early voting?

Any feedback apprectiated! Gracias! :hi:

1. Go to where you re-registered.
They should be able to tell you what you need to know.

2. I would contact the county election off cie where you live unless
someone on here lives in your county. Many of these answers are specific to where you live. Post your county's name to help out.

Where I live in KS, you could go to the county courthouse with your paper ballot and advance vote if you turned in the one mailed to you. YOu could also fill out the one mailed to you and send that back in. You could also wait and vote on Nov 2 at your polling location on a provisional ballot.

But again, I would be sure to contact your local election office for the answer.

4. Ditto with that advice...
Here in Larimer County, if you have an absentee ballot, they won't let you vote any other way. I believe. Not sure if you can turn it in to them and reverse how you'll be voting. Consult the experts!
