Palast says we have a felon purge list.

He said this on Morning Sedition Today. Singled out Colorado. He also says we don't have a law that disallows former felons to vote. I know by canvassing, that voting rights are automatically restored once someone if off of parole. I met a couple of people that served their time, but were still on parole, and advised them that they can vote once they're free and clear.

He said of course our laws aren't stopping them from making a scrub list.

Anybody know anything about this?

2. I Heard Something About That Last Week or the Week Before

If I remember correctly, Sec. of State Donetta Davidson instructed all the County Clerks to clear the voter lists of felons that hadn't completed parole.

Don't know about other counties, but it's not happening here.
