But you are right; the domain is in Louisiana.

When Rollie Heath ran in 2002, his web site was heathforgovernor.com, I believe.

but I get an error message when I try to access it, and there's no date associated with the URL. The first one, the one that's under construction, is dated 11/20/2004.

Edit: I looked this one up on WhoIs, and it's not active.

..NOLDC Inc. in New Orleans actually stands for;

New Orleans Leftover Datacenters...and as well as hosting , they offer an "identity protection service" for their hostees

So whoever registered heathforgovernor.com probably asked for their ID to be hidden.(very common now)

the web archive page), it takes you back to the site under construction! So I'm wondering if it wasn't reactivated.

If it was, it means that we may have found the guy who will run against Owens in 2006.
