Walk with Mike and support his candidacy! Wear your T-shirts, if you don't have one, there will be some extras.

Date: Monday May 31, Parade starts at 10 a.m.
Assembly Time: For those who would like to march with the Adams County Democrats, lineup is at 9:30 a.m.
Staging area is at 64th Ave. and Olive Street.
Parade Route: The parade will travel west on 64th Ave. to Holly, south on Holly to 62nd Place, West on 62nd Place to Parkway Drive to 60th Ave.

1. I'd like to come, but

it looks like there is going to be a picnic celebration and planning party for volunteers in Boulder at the same time. I think I will probably end up going to that. Thanks for the heads up though. I hope you will be there and report to the rest of us on it.

The email that I got said that Boulder delegates at the State Assembly voted 61% to 39% for Miles.:bounce:

2. Wow... Boulder comes through again! GREAT!

I was hoping to see you there again.... was planning to look for you amidst the sea of Miles shirts. :)

I have a friend who was going to call another Miles supporter in Boulder..... I'll ask her tomorrow if he is planing t come.

That's too bad the timing is so.......... ummmmmm.......... "unfortunate"... :)

Maybe something could be shifted around just a bit? sigh.....

At any rate, thanks so much for all your efforts for Mike!! I'm having some good results here, and will be really hoping for a good result in the primary!

3. I really want to get actively involved

in the campaign. So far, I havn't really done anything other than showing up at the county and state assemblies as a delegate, which I realize is important in itself, but I want to do more. I know the showing up is important. Apparently around 400 of Salazar's committed delegates failed to show up in Pueblo, and that was a big factor in his losing to Miles.

It looks like this picnic is really pretty focused on planning and coordinating volunteer activities in the Boulder area, so I really want show up for it.

If there's anyone in the Boulder area interested in attending, you can PM me for information.

Hopefully there should be alot more events in the future where we can meet up again.:)
