Noon Tuesday Jun 29 - Lunch at the Brew Pub
5pm - Lemonade and ice cream. Mike Miles will meet with us at 11th and Grand.
6:30pm a local 'Meet the Candidates' gathering at Sacred Grounds coffee house.

but I'm not sure how long of a drive it is from Boulder. I'm also starting a class that day, so not sure I would be able to make it on time.

Nice to see another DUer who supports Mike Miles. There's not too many of us on here.

'Not too many of us on here' ??? I guess I just assumed that given the type of man he is , the type of candidate - DU would be loaded with his supporters.

I would have expected Miles to have more support here as well, but it seems like the majority support Salazar. I feel like I'm very much a minority in the Colorado forum.

I think it's more to do with Salazar's percieved "electability" than necessarily preferring his politics. I've gotten some really hostile posts from non-Coloradans on Miles threads as well. Some people seem to see him as some kind of interloper, even though he's been in the race 2 years longer than Salazar. Kind of sad really.
