JonBenet Case: Tar and Feathers for Peter Boyles

Peter Boyles is the talk radio host who led the charge accusing the parents. JonBenet's body was discovered December 26, 1996 and on Dec. 27th, Boyles was accusing the parents. He was so proud that he led the charge. He said that he was the one who forced the police to do their job. Now if Boyles has any decency, he will recognize the damage he has done and resign immediately. It is his duty, his moral obligation. The WORLD IS WATCHING!!!!!

Every Coloradoan knew that this moment might come. The heavens cry out for action. It is the duty of every Coloradoan to insure justice for JonBenet's parents. This is a sad case that was tried before the public in the media. There is no question that the public must act. If they don't then the public be damned along with Peter Boyles, the man who killed JonBenet and Republican Gov. Owens whose public innuendo left "no doubt" the parents did it.

1. Jerilyn Merrit (Talk Left.com) says there is a DNA match...?

She says 9news is reporting this ( http://talkleft.com/)but I just watched their 5 o'clock newscast and they said that DNA was planned...

Did anyone else locally hear anything about DNA testing already completed on the suspect?

2. They're saying they have a partial confession and he knows things that

are not publicly known. No info on DNA.

4. Yes.. that's what I heard. But Meritt has the DNA "match"

story in both her originl and "update" on her site. As one of the long term local attorneys that has both followed and commented on this case for years, I'm surprised she would jump on an alledged DNA match without checking it out.

It doesn't make sense to me that they would have already performed DNA testing on the suspect, but who knows...

3. Boyles: Barometer for WRONG

If you are a Denver talk show listener you know that Peter Boyles is WRONG almost all the time on major topics.

Remember when he flogged to death the tabloid rumor that Bill Clinton had an illegitimate black child? He was absolutely convinced that the story was true. Of course, he looked like a total ass when it was PROVEN false.

Whenever there is a close political race in Colorado, Boyles ALWAYS predicts the outcome WRONG. In fact, as a candidate, Boyle's prediction of your victory is the kiss of death.

He has been humping the anti-illegal immigration issue in the most hyperbolic, near-racist manner --- and his pals' petitions got thrown out by the state Supreme Court.

So, it should come as no surprise that he has botched the whole Ramsey case.

It will be interesting to see if he has the intestinal fortitude to apologize to the Ramsey family and admit how wrong he was to all of his listerners.
