I've lived in Lakewood for 30 years and sent Schalk an email about this. He's not fit to be principal if he's going to teach children this sort of terrible lesson. I'm going to follow up with a letter to the school board and the Jefferson County commissioners. Give those old farts a piece of my mind.

This kind of story just burns me up.

I have a daughter just starting 7th grade in Jeffco schools and it scares me that adminstrative "political correctness" and fear of offending the radical Christians and the radical Republicans is going to negatively impact her education.

But that is exactly what this controversy looks like it is going to do.

Eric is a teacher with morals and feelings. He is worried about the trouble he thinks he caused. I know that he is just another casualty of the most fucked-up school district in Colorado.

10. That stinks

I was listening to the station that carries AAR this morning. The news said he was returning. I did send a harsh email to the principal yesterday. I hope it puts a burr in his shorts. I live in Lakewood and this pissed me off.
