2. Mandate?
Mandate? I can't decide either if we will lay low until 2008 or actually accomplish something.
I think they need to hit the ground running and get everything done that we can do.

And who are these people voting for Democrat politicians and against Gay rights? Do we have to worry about intolerant Christians taking over the party?

Luckily Gov. Ritter says he will fix that referendum.

3. What did he say about the referendum?
We've been out all day and I haven't been able to see what's been going on. I didn't hear anything last night on that.

4. I hadn't heard that Gov Ritter is going to fix the referendum
I tell you, we get everyone out to the polls, they vote for Dems all over the place and still won't vote to allow domestic partnerships? Are these people eating "Meanie Wheaties" for breakfast?

5. I was disappointed too
I- Failed, 44-failed, "marriage amendment" - passed. But, BUT, let's be happy about the turn so far. Look what we've accomplished so far! Don't we get to at least spike the ball once before we get back to work?!Two steps forward, one step back. We'll get there eventually and at least this time, there's no bloody nose!
