Here's what our district looks like:

You can see that Denver is our smallest district - we could expand it to the south and chop both 5 and 6 to include the more Democratic areas, and limit Republicans?

Is this doable?

3. So? When the Census Bureau releases the numbers, we'll legally redistrict it.
We're allowed to do that once every decade.

2. There are only 2 left.
If you do this, then we'd be bluer than Mass. :woohoo:

But... There's a reason why 1 is the smallest. Years ago, Denver county was restricted from growing and annexing surrounding areas. So now, Denver County and District 1 are only allowed to hold Denver city. It did grow with the DIA land. That's it. I think it's a constitutional amendment. That would have to be removed for the plan to work.

4. Not exactly
CD1 also includes parts of Arapahoe County. Sheridan and Glendale, naturally. But also Cherry Hills Village and maybe some others.
