to many times i have been behind someone who creates a hazard with the train behind them. the worst is when they get scared and slow down. ride their brakes going down hill inevitably causing a hazard for the rest of us.

1. Years ago before all the four laned roads

there may have been a similar law. It was at least etiquette to pull over if you have a line behind you and most motorists did so. Back in the days of civility.

2. Other states already have such laws, so okay with me.

Next, can we get a law to deal with tourists who think it's just fine to stop in the middle of mountain roads in order to take pictures of trees and wildlife?

3. We already have a law that people must not hog the left lane on 2- lane highways in rural areas.

I could live with this new law, but I'd rather they left it alone.

It looks like this law applies to just about any road under nearly any conditions including winter storms. What about bicycles? In most cases a bike won't be in traffic, but it happens sometimes. Bicycles do have a right to the road.

They really should exempt farm vehicles but OUR Dems are apparently playing "gotcha." In this case, sadly, the Democrats need to grow up. If they're going to pass this ridiculous law, they should do their best to make it reasonable. Heck, for the first time ever, there is a place for the Republican solution to everything in Colorado: just post the ten commandments along the roads. (Kidding.)
