What do you know about our new senator?

Hi Coloradans,

just learned about our new senator. I vote in Colorado but don't live there so have never heard of this guy. I read his bio on the senate site but was hoping someone here more familiar with him could share some insight. Especially teachers!

1. Unfortunately, no one knows a lot about him.

Personally, I thought it was a bad pick and I hope that I am proven wrong. Still don't know what Ritter was thinking - pretty much nothing is known about Bennett's stand on issues, other than education.
