We lost two Congressional seat, but we still hold the advantage.

Why? We have the resdistricting adavantage, and regain 3 more by 2012.

District 3 is too large as it is, it's time to break it up so we can make it work so that it's less republicans per district. District 1 is too tiny... (hint, hint)
