What rumor did YOU hear about Gov. Bill Owens' marital problem?

I know that I am starting a sleaze thread. But after talking to "an editor" of Westword last Friday at the Kerry Rally, I am very curious about what are all the different rumors floating around about BO's supposed infidelity or whatever. This "editor" said that Westword has not printed anything because none of the many stories could be corroborated.

Here is the first rumor that I heard:
BO was caught by his wife at the Broadmoor Hotel porking an aid. There was a later twist on that story where the aid was male.

Did any of you hear this one? Or did you hear another?

1. I just heard that his wife divorced him.

And that he had a kid with his nanny and the nanny and the kid were in New Mexico.

but the aide got pregnant in the version I heard.

6. Owens' Secretary

BO's secretary is the relatively, young attractive widow of former state representative Gary McPherson (killed in a small plane crash).

Is this the aide that is involved?

7. Shoot, McPherson was my State Representative...

Then Bruce Cairns attacked him during the State Senate Primary causing him to lose. Then BO appointed The "Right" Reverend Debbie Stafford to take McPherson's seat. I remember when BO won HD40's seat. When was that, 1986?

8. Gary was my neighbor

He was pretty conservative...BUT he would listen to both sides of an issue. We have a good chance to dump Cairns. The opponent for the senate is Suzanne Williamson who is term limited in the house.

It is sadly ironic that Parker Road now has the Gary McPherson Memorial FLYover.
