Dem's in Middletown voted Republican |
|
I was upset that so many of our Democrats were supporting the Repuke. Why would they do that? I hear that people who ran on the common council distanced themselves from the Mayor. I'm so Pi**ed. The only good news is, I hear that my State Rep Jim O'Rourke may be running for Senator I guess assuming our 90 year old bag of wind Senator does not. Jim supports equality for all and would be a great Senator!

1. Thornton had her problems |

I'm sure ChavezSpeakstheTruth can enlighten us a lot more than me, but she was successfully tied to the Tommasso's, the corrupt Rowland cronies.
I hope state Dems got the message on election day - it was not a good day for us.

2. There are a number of reasons (The ex-mayor is my Mother in Law) |

I think that 8 years as Mayor was just too much for some people. The repub also spent $80,000 to her $35,000. You do the math.
