Democrats for Governor support same sex marriage
I hope that our Democrats in the assembly have the guts to bring it out this coming session.I heard both Mayors Malloy and Distefano on Face the State(ch3) say they support same sex marriage and would sign the bill if elected Governor. This should make it easy for Democrats in deciding who to vote for. If you don't respect equality for all people then you shouldn't be Governor. That includes Repuke Jodi Rell who does not suppport same sex marriage. Shouldn't our house and senate Democrats show the same back bone that Malloy and Distefano are and raise a bill this next session????????

We have a Democratic majority. I hope something gets done about this soon though especially after the our experiences with civil unions. I'm hoping that civil unions are a launching-pad for equal marriage rights for same-sex couples. Come on Dems!

2. Same sex marriage may be proposed
I heard this coming session that Democrats will propose a same sex marriage bill knowing Jodi will VETO. Both Distefano and Malloy favor equal rights of Marriage. This would send a message to any Democrats who are thinking Jodi is a social moderate. Maybe she buckles under and signs the bill?
