The blatant SOTU speech lies of 2002 and 2003. Lies to a joint session of congress is a reason for censure or impeachment. Yet Joe stood up on the floor of the Senate to scold President Clinton (maybe one of the biggest mistakes of Joe's career). Clinton will go down as one of the top 10 presidents of the 20th century and Joe is standing up and supporting one of the dumbest presidents EVER!!!
