Titled "Panic in Liebermanland" Joe must know something we don't know.

"And not about the war in Iraq that he keeps telling us is going so well, but about his race for re-election,

"Maybe he's got a poll that shows Ned Lamont getting a little too close for comfort.

"He has "gone negative" with two TV ads that are harsh and mean spirited."

1. I thought the last line was significant

"As one citizen, a Republican, said: We have always held him to the high standard he set for himself. We expected more of Joe."

But, he always was a Republican's Democrat.
