Who do you support in the primary? (besides the Lamont/Lie race)
Just wondering how DU'ers feel about the other races that will be on the ticket, such as DeStefano/Malloy... thoughts?

1. My vote goes to DeStefano.
Though after watching the debate, I have to say that I will not be too depressed if Malloy gets it.

Out of the two of them, I feel that DeStefano can really beat Snow White - that's what it has come down to now.

Hope you are well LynzM.

2. I think
they're both good guys, but neither will have a chance against Jodi.

3. Ugh I don't want to be stuck with Snow White.
:puke:

I hope the Dems, whoever gets the primary nod, causes a racket. Assuming people will vote because one is a "Dem" will not work against Snow White.

6. I thought Malloy did really well
in the debate. I was impressed. But I am still voting for DeStefano.

8. I agree. I thought Malloy was good but I voted for deStefano
I cast my ballot in an absentee ballot envelope at New Haven City Hall at the Registrar's office on July 19. Felt good!

I want to support my mayor. I don't think he is a very warm guy but I admire what he has done for New Haven, given the limitations of having this administration in Washington.

Hope DeStefano wins but I really doubt it. Rell's numbers are just too high and she hasn't muddied her petticoats at all in the aftermath of Rowland. Amazing, isn't it?

7. I'll probably vote for Malloy
They're both good, but I got the impression that Malloy would be more effective.
DeStefano kept rambling and getting off track during the debate.
I'm also more familiar with Stamford than New Haven.
