The Manchester Journal-Inquirer really blasted Simmons. Back in the 80s & 90s, this paper was solidly Republican, very far right. After changing jobs in 2001 and not having easy access to the paper, I stopped paying attention to it... only recently have I started looking again. Some of their editorials in recent weeks have been skewed left from what I have read. Did they go through an ownership change in the past 5-7 years?

Maybe we should put his picture on the back of milk cartons.
He was once omnipresent and peripatetic. But Rob Simmons sightings are increasingly rare, at least in locales where someone might ask him a hard question.
