Rumors are flying here in New Haven. What did anybody know and when did they know it? The chief of police for the city says he was in on the sting. Well, did he tell the mayor? Wouldn't that have been the right thing to do?
What's going on?

I'm a supporter of Mayor De Stefano but this looks bad! He must be really pissed that it got revealed while he was down in D.C.!
